Definitions

1. The words We, Us and Our refer to NMM Colsulting Engineers
2. A member is any person registered on our website who has an active equipment listed.
3. Any person visiting the NMM Colsulting Engineers website but is not a member is a non-member.

Our Function:

The NMM Colsulting Engineers website provides an online marketplace for members to list their equipment, which can be viewed by both members and non-members. Members are responsible for the contents of their advertisements. We do not accept any liability for the content of members’ advertisements.

Members are prohibited from listing their contact details in the advertisements including but not limited to email addresses, websites and phone numbers. We reserve the right to remove any advertisement flouting this requirement.

Liability:

It is deemed that you own the equipment you are listing or have express mandates from the owner.

Members accept full liability for the contents of their advertisements including but not limited to images and text.

We do not accept any liability for the accuracy of the information posted by members in their advertisements, email and phone conversations.

Members placing adverts confirm that they have the legal authority to advertise the equipment that they are listing for hire or sale either as the legal owner or as an agent authorised by the legal owner.

We provide an online marketplace where members interact and transact on a willing seller/buyer and willing buyer/seller basis. We do not accept any liability whatsoever arising out of losses or damages of any nature incurred through the use of our service or members’ transactions.

All transactions between members arising from the use of our service are entirely at their own risk. This includes equipment hire, purchases and sales.

It is the responsibility of the member to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in their advertisements or messages. We do not accept any liability for the information in the advertisements or messages between members. We reserve the right to make minor edits to advertisements should there be a need to do so.

Listing Your equipment:

One must have a valid membership to advertise their equipment. Membership is individual and/or corporate and the account can not be transferred to a third party.

We reserve the right to review your advertisement before it is displayed on our website.

You can only edit your advertisement before you pay for it.

Membership Validity:

Subscription for each advertisement is valid for three months or until its sold or hired out, whichever is earlier.

Payment:

Our Listing fee for a single equipment is USD 100.00 flat rate for three months.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this business engagement at any time

Copyright:

By placing an advertisement on our website, a member grants us the permission to promote their equipment using their image and text on our website, other websites and other printed and non-printed media.

We retain copyright for all other material on our website. Express permission must be obtained from us before the reproduction of any part of it.

Privacy:

Members details remain confidential.
